Basic Overnight Oats

Easy to prep, nutritious & delicious

So much you can do to spice up your breakfast starting with this simple base.

Fiber, fat and Omega’s all in one bowl….

Breakfast meal prepping just got a whole lot easier!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C Rolled Oats

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed

  • 1 C Non-Dairy milk

  • Dash of Sweetener (Maple Syrup, Honey, Agave)

  • Sprinkle of Salt

Directions:

1.    Mix all ingredients together in a tupperware or mason jar. (Make sure it can be sealed tight)

2. Stir again in a few hours once it has started to thicken

3. Let sit mixture overnight in the fridge

4. Top with berries, nuts, a scoop of Greek Yogurt, or whatever you fancy and ENJOY!
